Introduction
Identifying the stakeholders is incomplete without mentioning their roles, responsibilities in the organisation. More importantly, to ensure success of an initiative/project/program, it is crucial to identify and specify their roles within the context and scope of the initiative.

To create the RASCI chart, list all the key tasks within the initiative/project/program along the rows. Mention the key roles in the columns of the matrix.
Purpose
Identify key roles, responsibilities, along with the type and extent of involvement of key persons with in the initiative/project/program.

Project/program management team, Change initiative team, Business sponsors, Process owners
