Transition from Problem Domain to Solution Space
Introduction
Problem and solution domains are two completely different spaces, when it comes to the product development and change management. A key contribution of business analyst is transition from problem space to solution space.
Problem space is platform-independent, and technology-agnostic whereas Solution domain is platform-dependent and technology-specific for its implementation. Business analyst's focus area is the problem space- identifying, prioritising, specifying and communicating the problems. They also facilitate the teams in creating the solutions for the prioritised problem(s).
