Introduction
The CCPOLDAT is a technique in the Catalyst used in the Business Change through Information Technology methodology. The CCPOLDAT technique is effective in understanding the impact of change in business and systems.
It is a catalyst technique referred to in the change management approach. It is an extended form of the popular technique POLDAT used often in the analysis of impact from implementing changes. CCPOLDAT is an abbreviation for the following terms:
